B&B Hotel Genova Principe

Located just outside the Piazza Principe station - exactly what we needed. Friendly staff at the reception. Great view of the square from the room. The room itself was not big, it was huge.

Everything was fine, as a vegan I only missed a bit more vegetable choices for breakfast. There was nothing above soy milk and cereal. Some non diary spread, or grilled or ad least fresh veggies (like bell paper, cucumbers, mushroom, carrots ...) would be very welcomed. Above that everything was great. Stuff is very kind and helpful if you need anything. Location is great, just across the street of bus and train station. Train and buss connections are very convenient for good prices. Historical part of town is inside walking area, so is Galata Maritime museum and some other ... we had a great time there.

This is a great location if you're trying to be close to the train station because it is literally right across the street. They have a little store in the lobby, with snacks, dinners, and alcohol. I discovered on this trip that in Italy they can't run AC in public buildings from Oct thru March. So when it was hot outside it was hot in the room. However, Francisco the guy working the front desk not only found me a giant fan to help with the heat but brought me a complimentary beer as well. The staff is fantastic. Definitely recommend.

The location just in front of the train station was very convenient. The room was large, very comfortable and the view over the city and the port was incredible. The staff was very friendly, the check in process easy. Overall great value for money!
